Two non-negotiables: Munich lodging is the rate-limiting step — Wiesn opening doubles every category and erases the cheap shelf. Nürburgring touristenfahrten on Wednesday needs a track-spec rental and a Pistenklause table booked in tandem; both go quietly two months out.
Everything else — Cologne, Eifel, Stuttgart, museums, Berlin — is forgiving. Treat them as variables. Treat Munich and the Ring as constants.

Five cities. Five postcards.
Wiesn opening weekend triples every category and the cheap shelf is gone. Schwabing 5BR is the value play; Motel One outer rings are the fallback. Lock something this week.
