Berlin — the door test
200ml glass. Köbes (waiter, professionally rude) replaces it without asking, putting a tally mark on your coaster. To stop: place coaster on top of glass. To continue: drink. There are no other rules.

5,000 seats. Last wood-keg pour in the city. The right place to have a Maß and not move for 4 hours.

On the lake. Ducks. Posher than Chinesischer Turm. Fewer tourists.

Not the Hofbräuhaus tourist trap. The keller. Local-coded. Better food than the haus.
